Another exciting event is behind us, as our CEO Chye Kit participated, in the role of an Independent Business Jury, at the F10 FinTech Hackathon held at PwC Singapore from September 13 - September 15.
It was a pleasure meeting so many bright, forward-thinking individuals and teams eager to share their ideas on ways to solve real-life challenges of the financial world, as well as develop working prototypes that could potentially benefit the financial space in the future.
Their task was not an easy one, as the sponsors of the event presented them with four difficult challenges of:
creating portfolios for the new generation of investors
creating solutions which enable scalability in private banking
developing solutions for domestic and cross-border online financial transactions
creating services or product ideas which utilise DLT and tokenisation
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the participants and the winners for their efforts and contributions, as well as the organisers and sponsors of the Hackathon for recognising the potential, the talent and understanding the ways to utilise it towards the betterment of the financial industry.
