Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in regulatory technology sales across the Asia region. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding our presence in the region.
You will work closely with product, marketing, account management and customer success teams to deliver solutions that address the regulatory challenges faced by mid-tier financial institutions, banks and other industries. Your expertise in RegTech and knowledge of the regulatory landscape in Asia will be crucial in achieving sales targets and growing our market share.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across multiple channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our Saas solution.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Work closely with the Product team to convey client feedback regarding product requirements.

Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose appropriate solutions to meet their objectives.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s products/services.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely
manner. -
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using
CRM software. -
Stay up-to-date with market trends, product and competitor landscapes.
Key Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in technical customer support, pre/post-sales, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.

Experienced in consultative selling

Proficiency in end-to-end KYC, KYB, and AML solutions.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and win new business.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written to facilitate interactions across diverse local and global markets.

Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving results.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.
