1. Definitions and Interpretation

• 1.1. In these Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the meaning respectively ascribed to them:

• 1.1.1 “Program”: Turn Your Referrals Into Rewards Program.

• 1.1.2. “Referrer”: The company that voluntarily participates in the program by referring eligible businesses to become a Referee.

• 1.1.3. “Referee”: The company that has given its approval and whom the Referrer has referred through the Program

• 1.1.4. “Successful Referral”:

  • Referees must not have previously signed up with Cynopsis Solutions.

  • Referee's invoice total must surpass S$2300.00, excluding GST, or its equivalent after conversion.

  • Referees must enter into a contract with Cynopsis within 6 months from the date of referral.

  • Full payment must be received in accordance with the issued invoice.
     

2. Eligibility

• 2.1. The Program is open and available to these criterias

• 2.1.1 The Referee company must be a separate legal entity from any of the referred companies

• 2.1.2. A Referee can only be referred to Cynopsis Solutions once. In the event that a Referee is referred to Cynopsis Solutions more than once, only the first person to refer the Referee to the Company (with the Referee’s permission) will be eligible for the referral gift under this Program.

• 2.2. Cynopsis Solutions reserves the right to modify these eligibility requirements at any time.

3. Referral Process

• 3.1. What is needed to be done

• 3.1.1. In order to refer a potential customer, it is necessary for the invitee and referee to complete the designated form provided for this purpose.

• 3.1.2. Referee needs to sign up and pay for the solutions from Cynopsis Solutions

• 3.1.3. The Referrer will receive the S$100 voucher

• 3.2. In order to facilitate successful redemption, participants will be required to provide accurate and complete information. Please note that all personal data provided will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) clauses.
   

4. Rewards:

The criteria to receive the reward:

• 4.1. The referee’s invoice must be fully paid in order to qualify them as a successful referral.

• 4.2. The referee's invoice total must surpass S$2300.00, excluding GST, or its equivalent after conversion.

• 4.3. Details on the reward

• • 4.3.1. The reward will be credited to you within 2 months after verification of the referred company’s status and upon full payment being received in accordance with the issued invoice.

  • 4.3.2.The S$100 voucher may be utilized in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stipulated by the issuing company.

  • 4.3.3. The validity period of the reward is one year from the date of issuance. If the Referrer fails to claim its reward within one year from the date of issuance, the Referrer agrees to waive his/her right to receive the referral gift and releases the Cynopsis Solutions from any liability whatsoever and howsoever incurred in relation to the same. Cynopsis Solutions shall dispose of the referral gift at its own discretion.

  • 4.3.4. Singaporean clients will be issued Capitaland vouchers, whereas overseas clients will receive Amazon vouchers.
     

5. Conditions

• 5.1. Cynopsis Solutions Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the reward structure at any time.

• 5.2. Cynopsis Solutions reserves the right to terminate the Program or any individual's participation at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to

• 5.2.1. Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• 5.2.2. Fraudulent activity.

• 5.2.3. Misuse of the referral program.
   

6. Disclaimer and Warranties

• 6.1. Cynopsis Solutions disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program or any rewards offered.

• 6.2. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any referred businesses.
   

7. Data Privacy

Cynopsis Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. We will use and disclose referral data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
