About the Role

As Marketing Director, you will shape and execute the company’s marketing strategy in line with business goals and industry trends. This includes developing phased market strategies, identifying target segments, and refining plans through data analysis and competitor insights.

You will oversee brand development and promotion, ensuring clear positioning and consistent application of our identity across campaigns and communications to strengthen awareness, reputation, and loyalty.

You will lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and events, tracking performance and feedback to optimise for ROI and overall impact. At the same time, you will drive user engagement by tailoring strategies for core customer segments to improve satisfaction, retention, and conversion.

Finally, you will build and manage a high-performing marketing team by setting clear goals, defining responsibilities, and supporting professional growth through training and career development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Proven track record leading large-scale marketing or branding projects (experience in well-known or industry-leading organisations is an advantage)

  • Familiarity with Web3 industry marketing is a plus

  • Expertise in market research, brand management, marketing strategy, and digital marketing, with knowledge of integrated marketing communications

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools for forecasting, evaluating campaign performance, and supporting decision-making

  • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms, social media, and content marketing optimisation

  • Strong market insight and ability to adapt strategies to changing trends and customer needs

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide teams

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Creative problem-solving skills to design innovative marketing solutions and resolve challenges

  • Resilience under pressure with the ability to maintain high efficiency in competitive environments
