Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Associate to support product development and optimise product performance in the dynamic technology sector. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the product manager and across cross-functional teams, assisting in defining product requirements, and coordinating launch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining product requirements and specifications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure product requirements are met.

  • Support the product manager in developing product roadmaps and timelines.

  • Coordinate product launch activities, including marketing campaigns, sales training, and customer communications.

  • Prepare product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials.

  • Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.

  • Assist in managing product updates, enhancements, and end-of-life processes.

  • Track and report on key product metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and usage statistics.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. •    Provide support to the sales team by delivering product information, training, and materials.

  • Liaise with customer support to address product-related inquiries and issues.

  • Maintain product documentation and databases.

  • Perform other tasks as required by Head of Client Management.

Key Attributes:

  • Minimum qualification of a Diploma holder in IT, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, software development, engineering, or a related technical role.

  • Hands-on experience with product development, particularly in a technical capacity.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

  • Passion for technology and product innovation.
