本週9月5日FinTechSpace舉辦“營利事業境外資金匯回管理運用及課稅介紹”講座，當天邀請財政部國稅局陳鴻文股長，與台灣各大金融機構討論此專法對金融機構會產生什麼樣的影響，我們也很榮幸能被邀請，並與台下金融機構貴賓分享我們公司在堆廣Regtech業務上，觀察到金融機構客戶普遍遇到的問題，以及使用客戶案例分享我們如何解決客戶的難點。台灣政府為吸引臺商境外資金回臺投資，立法院今年7 月3 日三讀通過「境外資金匯回管理運用及課稅條例」（簡稱「資金匯回專法」），並於8 月15 日正式施行。然而，資金透過專法回臺投資之影響層面甚廣，除需符合亞太防制洗錢組織（APG）評鑑及國際防制洗錢的管制，大筆資金回臺對於我國產業結構及金融市場的衝擊，以及資金實際匯回投資後，如何建立完善制度，結合各部會之配套措施及執行力度有效控管資金動向。感謝FinTechSpace讓我們能有這次機會和這麼多相關者交流，並讓大家更深一層的了解這個新的規範所帶來的影響。我們會持續關注此議題，並從中尋求更多機會，協助金融機構更好地應對主管機關的監管。 On September 5
